Drawing with Pen & Ink- Building Blocks #2 Basic
We will continue exploring drawing skills using Pen & Ink. You will learn the materials, mark making, value scale and form, tone, perspective and composition using pen & ink. You do not need to have taken Building Blocks #1 to take this class.
Dates: 4 Monday evenings August 10, 17, 24 & 31
Time: 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that we can start right at 6:30.
Cost: is $100. A Materials List is provided as they are not included in the class fee.
NOTE:At present I will be limiting the maximum number of students to 4 in order to meet the Covid 19 restart protocols. You will be sitting at separate tables 6 feet apart. Masks are required when a 6 foot distance cannot be maintained and there will be plenty of hand sanitizer
Paper: Bristol, Mixed Media Drawing Paper Pads or Sketch Books.
Pencils: minimum of 2B
Pencil Sharpener or Craft Knife for sharpening
Erasers: Kneaded & Polymer (plastic)
Spray Workable Fixative
Variety of Pens: Pick up some of each if you can. Felt Tip Pens of different sizes
Roller Ball Pens, Technical Pens, Sketch Pen (fountain pen format) and/or Crow Quill pen and bottle of India Ink
